La Cabane is celebrating its 60th anniversary this summer. Six decades in which this iconic beach club has been much more than just a seaside venue: it has become a true social, cultural and gastronomic landmark on the Costa del Sol.

Since its inception in the 1960s, La Cabane has become the favourite retreat of the international jet set and European aristocracy, a place where summers were lived with sophistication and where every detail exuded elegance.

Today, La Cabane remains faithful to that legacy. For the last three years, it has been part of the alliance between the Mosh Group and the Dani García Group, a partnership that has managed to enhance its gastronomic offering without losing the relaxed and distinguished essence that has accompanied it throughout six decades. This balance between tradition and renewal has consolidated La Cabane as one of Marbella’s must-visit locations.

A summer with an Italian accent: Dolce & Gabbana returns to La Cabane

This summer, La Cabane has double cause for celebration. In addition to its six decades of history, it is hosting a new edition of Dolce & Gabbana’s creative takeover, which returns with its immersive DG Resort concept to fill the space with colour, style and Mediterranean flavour.

The iconic beach club is once again decked out in the Italian brand’s Blu Mediterraneo aesthetic, which this year not only decorates the pool and terrace facing the sea but also transforms the restaurant’s interior lounge. Bright white and intense blue, inspired by traditional southern Italian ceramics, flood every corner, transporting visitors to the purest essence of the Italian coast.

The experience is completed by the pop-up store located in the reception area, which showcases a carefully selected range of garments, accessories and pieces from the Dolce & Gabbana Casa collection, all under the premise of combining traditional craftsmanship and contemporary design.

The gastronomic offering, led by chef Dani García, also incorporates a touch of fantasy with the exclusive Dolci Room: a space inspired by colourful Sicilian carts, where dessert becomes an unforgettable moment of sweet flavours and folkloric nods to the Italian island.

With this alliance of style and gastronomy, La Cabane reaffirms its position as the epicentre of summer in Marbella, a place where time seems to stand still so you can enjoy the good life without rushing.
