At Roostiq Marbella, the culinary offerings range from charcoal grilled cuts like ribeye and sirloin to peppered beef tenderloin with morel mushrooms finished in their wood-fired oven.

This selection of meats is complemented by options like beef carpaccio with grated Parmesan and arugula, Iberian cured meats sourced from their farm in Ávila, or their signature Mont Blanc pizza, crafted with laminated bellota Roostiq guanciale, truffle, spring onion and Fior di Latte and Comté cheeses aged for 16 months.

Roostiq also incorporates flavors from the sea into its menu, with dishes such as turbot, clams, and prawns, all cooked over open flames. For a complete dining experience, you cannot miss out on their desserts, including their iconic cheesecake served with whipped cream and amaretto liqueur, a creamy mascarpone tiramisu, or a lemon pie with meringue and limoncello.
