In the last year The Range Marbella International Golf Academy has established itself as the place to meet for golfers of every level. The school’s performance-focused philosophy is centred on every player reaching their maximum potential, with the firm belief that there is a target for every golfer to reach.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Range Marbella has undergone a complete upgrade of its facilities and services<\/a> since owner and manager Michael Meeus committed to making a major investment to renovate the school. Meeus’ long-term goal is to turn The Range into a centre of technical excellence and new facilities and complementary services have been introduced to this end.<\/strong><\/p>\n

These services include The Green, a high-quality restaurant, a physiotherapy clinic and a fitting service to adapt golf clubs to players\u2019 individual needs.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Passion for golf knows no gender, age or skill level. With that in mind, The Range aims to bring this wonderful game to all lovers of the sport, no matter who they are. Everybody has their own individual biomechanics and the academy\u2019s professionals help every student to get to know their body and adapt their swing in the best way possible. Not only does this improve performance on the course, but it also stops injuries and avoids long-term setbacks.<\/p>\n

With personalised attention and extensive golfing experience, the instructors ensure that all students learn effectively and have a good time in the process.<\/a> The team also extend that philosophy to corporate events, perfect for beginners or short-game training.<\/p>\n

One of the innovations at the academy are the free beginners\u2019 courses where students just have to buy the balls and join classes that are run two Saturdays a month from 12:00 to 14:00. To take part, register in advance at info@therangemarbella.com.<\/p>\n

One of the most important aspects of the game for players to get to grips with is their swing and to achieve this The Range has installed the Trackman analysis system. Using that technology, students can record their shots, play on the best golf courses in the world, compete with other students from the academy and take part in national and international competitions.<\/p>\n

The Range has become a place for golf lovers to meet and also to socialise in a welcoming environment. The Green restaurant is one of the main attractions at the school, with its beautiful terrace and a breathtaking view of La Concha mountain and the driving range.<\/p>\n

Diners can enjoy a wide menu choice at The Green, including high-quality meat and fish dishes as well as lighter alternatives such as salads, sandwiches or burgers. If time is of the essence, food can even be ordered straight from the practice area, which is a real plus for some customers. There is also a pleasant children’s area, safe and well-protected, meaning parents can relax while practicing or having a drink in the restaurant.<\/p>\n
