Meli\u00e1 Marbella Ban\u00fas Hotel with D.O.M. (M\u00e1laga Certificate of Origin) restaurant presents a traditional top quality culinary proposal where Malaga\u2019s cuisine plays the leading role. The essence of this \u201cLocal Cuisine\u201d concept is based on the use of local produce only and exclusively to offer traditional flavours of selected products of M\u00e1laga.
\nDishes such as lightly roasted Scarlet shrimps with lime, ajo blanco (chilled garlic and almond soup) with citric salt, squid and king prawns grilled in butter, black aioli sauce Iberian ham flavour, spicy warm brie pie, smoked sardines, shoulder of kid Malaga style roasted in low temperature, are some of the highlights on the menu.
\nThis season show cooking is available for some dishes that are freshly prepared on the premises.
\nThe wine list includes selected wines from the Mountains of M\u00e1laga D.O.1 such as Veta Junior, Finca Los Frutales, Pago el Espino, Cloe and Botani.<\/p>\n
