Los Naranjos GC is one of the most prestigious Golf Clubs in Costa del Sol and Spain. Juli\u00e1n Romaguera is the new general manager, a 29 years old executive with a wide experience in golf management in Asia and America.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Juli\u00e1n Romaguera is a Young executive with a long experience abroad who has just arrived at one of the most important Golf Courses in Spain, Los Naranjos Golf Club. He graduated with Business Management and Administration in United States and is specialized in Golf Courses and Clubs Managements. After his education he completed his training with a Golf Courses Managament Master.<\/p>\n

During the last years, this young executive has been living in Asia: Singapore, Thailand and Cambodia.<\/strong> He also lived in Mexico<\/strong>, always involved with the golf industry, especially working close to Sales and Marketing. As well as his own language, he speaks English and a little bit of French. The opportunity of being in touch with different countries and cultures<\/strong> has made him reach the perfect role to get new goals at Los Naranjos GC.<\/p>\n

His professional experience started as Operations Manager<\/strong> in Blue Canyon Country Club (Phuket, Thailand),<\/strong> the Asian Tour headquarters<\/strong> and property of the Sofitel Luxury Hotels<\/strong>. After that, just before coming back home, he was in Bah\u00eda Pr\u00edncipe Golf Club, in Riviera Maya (M\u00e9xico).<\/strong> This vast experience allows him to understand the main difference is not within the golf course itself but in the way you get to know the club\u2019s own tradition\u2026<\/p>\n

So that\u2019s the way Romaguera accepts this new challenge with high responsibility<\/strong>. He is really proud after the Shareholders Board\u2019s trust in him. He is also absolutely conscious of the position and goals of the project in such a prestigious Golf Club.<\/p>\n

In order to set and plan the new strategy to reach the main goals, the new manager is sure it is essential to know the whole history at Los Naranjos, its tradition, and then they will be able to start to work efficiently. Romaguera wants to improve service and experience,<\/strong> placing Los Naranjos Golf Club as the Club where its members and friends want to come back at all times.<\/p>\n

If we had to remark a couple of main premises about Juli\u00e1n Romaguera\u2019s project<\/strong>, in general terms, we should highlight these: improving the course\u2019s conditions<\/strong> and optimizing every possibility<\/strong>. In order to get that, communication must flow and feedback among every department and the whole staff. The team must feel they belong to the same project for sure<\/strong>. \u201cThis is the only way we will get our members and guests to feel like at home and they wish to visit us once again. What\u2019s more, they must be so happy they will recommend us to everybody, as one of the best golf courses in the world<\/em>\u201d, confirms Romaguera.<\/p>\n
