I am delighted to announce that PGA Catalunya Resort was recognised as the Best European Golf Development at the recent International Property Awards held in London.
A high-calibre jury of international experts identified PGA Catalunya Resort, near Barcelona, as the best example of a golf development from an extended list of entrants from across Europe.
As part of the International Property Awards evaluation process, PGA Catalunya Resort was judged by 70 professionals including Andrew Panting, Director of Operations for the British Property Federation, Peter Bolton King, Global Residential Director of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and Christian Morris, Director / Owner of architectural firm Yotomo Ltd.
These accolades yet again enhance our credentials, which, most recently, have included rankings website Top100golfcourses.co.uk’s nomination of our Stadium Course as Spain’s No. 1 – a position we have maintained in 2013.
Our real estate project, located only 50 min. from Barcelona city center, will eventually consist of 368 properties combining contemporary architecture and subtle landscaping, ensuring complete privacy for both our residents and golfers.
In addition to our two world-class golf courses, which have hosted major international events, PGA Catalunya Resort’s 300-hectarea estate also offers a prestigious, low-density property development that champions the works of award-winning and up-and-coming national and international architects.
Our latest international recognitions – not least of which, PGA Catalunya Resort’s nomination as the eighth European Tour Destination – underline our commitment to providing our residents, golfers and guests with world-class facilities and the highest levels of service and hospitality, which embodies our offering here at PGA Catalunya Resort.
Yours sincerely,
Julio Delgado
