The View Marbella is located on an elevated position just above Marbella’s emblematic Golf Valley, with easy access from the Ronda road where you will find a new direct connection to Los Naranjos, La Quinta, Aloha and Las Brisas golf courses.

The complex will start the first phase of the project with seven buildings that will house 49 spacious apartments and penthouses; and 70 new residences will follow in the second phase to complete this innovative project with contemporary architecture, landscaping, state-of-art interiors and amenities committed to environmental sustainability.

This complex is true to the concept of exclusivity, sustainability and design as well as to a global housing concept that goes beyond the limits of your own home to include services such as 24-hour security and Concierge service available to fulfill residents’ requirements. We have interviewed the Sales and Marketing Manager, Simon B. Boxus. He tells us about the project by Wilma Europe Holding and its affiliated company Wilma Inmobilien, a leading international real estate group in Germany and the Netherlands.

The View Marbella has an idyllic location between Marbella and Benahavis, in one of the most beautiful settings on the coast. Tell us about the area and the accesses to the complex.

Finding the location of The View Marbella project was not an easy task because we had to find a plot that was up to the complex not only in a luxurious way but also keeping the philosophy of having the time to enjoy life with your loved ones and what really matters and thus, offer a tailored experience and personalized services.

This was the starting point. Finally, the complex is located on a balcony over Marbella’s emblematic Golf Valley and directly over La Quinta, one of the best golf courses in the area. From here, the panoramic sea views and views of the African coast and the magnificent Concha Mountain in Marbella are the best on the Costa del Sol.

The complex has two accesses; one from the Ronda road that also connects to the AP-7 road in three minutes by car and another from La Quinta complex that makes The View Marbella an extension of Nueva Andalucía and gives access to strategic places such as Puerto Banús which is just ten minutes’ away by car.

The View Marbella project is promoted by Wilma Sierra Blanca, an affiliated company of one of the most important companies in the industry in Germany and the Netherlands. Does this mean this company is coming to establish itself in Spain?

Wilma Europe Holding was founded in 1939 and to date it is the second in the ranking of Developing Projects of Bulwiengesa 2015, in its affiliated German company Wilma Inmobilien. This company has 350 million euros annual turnover, a 2,000 million euros portfolio and over 150 employees. It specializes in developing high quality sustainable housing projects in all the stages: from land acquisition, planning and coordination of construction process up to turnkey real estate.

Wilma wants to establish itself on the Costa del Sol as an important developer with luxury projects in prime areas. Besides, it also has Sismo Technology that adds an innovative building method to the project and thus, houses improve in quality, durability and energetic efficiency significantly.

Why did you choose Marbella to do this?

I do not think this was a difficult decision. The company has focused on prime areas and Marbella is still known for being the best area on the Costa del Sol. There are amazing surroundings, top-level communications and facilities, leisure areas and some of the most prestigious international schools and health centres in Spain. Thus, foreigners think this is the ideal cosmopolitan city to spend long periods of time or holiday periods.

The View Marbella does not only represent Marbella’s lifestyle but a philosophy of life and harmony with the environment. Who is it for?

The people we develop for are mainly European, especially from Belgium and Holland, also from Switzerland and the Scandinavian countries. At the moment, although the English are interested in the project, most of them are waiting for the news related to the Brexit in order to take the decision to buy a property outside their country.

Taking about a philosophy of life, tell us what it will be like living in The View Marbella.

It will be a real pleasure to start the day in houses full of natural light where you can enjoy the amazing views that ensure your privacy; houses with state-of-art technology with elements of home automation, building and design using eco-friendly materials that optimize house efficiency striving to be sustainable and with high quality fittings that give a feeling of real exclusivity.
